The Viper Jet is a jet aircraft designed and produced by Viper Aircraft Corporation in kit form for homebuilding. It is a conventional, low-wing monoplane with swept wings and tail and two seats in tandem under a bubble canopy. The jet intakes are located at the sides of the fuselage and the tricycle undercarriage is retractable. Construction throughout is of composite materials

Introducing the new JetCat P20-SE, the baby turbine from JetCat. The JetCat P20-SE is the long awaited solution for small EDF Jet conversions. With 2.4kg thrust, this turbine can power any 90size EDF Jet (examples: JTM Hawk, JTM L-39, TamJets 1/12th scale F-16…..). The engine follows throttle commands almost without delay. The P20-SE comes with the new V10 ECU. Not only does it feature an incredible small size & weight, the new bus system makes installing your components a breeze. With one cable running from ECU to turbine (instead of 2 with the older versions) and one cable running from ECU to pump and on to the 2 solenoid block.
With nearly the size of a JetCat P-120SX but with 142N @ 125,000 rpm, the new JetCat P-140RX turbine will hit the shelves in September/October 2011. The P-140RX will replace the P-120SX which will be phased out by JetCat once the P-140RX is released.
Featuring JetCat’s new fully digital “bus” electronic control system, the new generation of RX series JetCat turbines reduce the wiring and tubing to a minimum, making installation easier.
The temperature sensor is installed internally, but still can be replaced if necessary. The valves are fully integrated inside the turbine front housing, so only a single tube connection from the pump to the turbine is necessary. Additionally the electrical connection from the turbine to the ECU, also involves only a single PowerBus lead.
The new light weight and small V10.0 JetCat ECU (26g and 2/3rds size) require only the receiver (1 or 2 channel operation) and the fuel pump to be connected. All of the latest options e.g. ECU V6.0 GSU connection, GPS and Airspeed sensor input/output, Smoke control will still be available. The power supply is provided by a 3S 2100mAh LiFePO4 battery. This not only powers the ECU and fuel pump, but also all optional accessories connected to the bus system, such as the JetCat Smoke Pump and or LCU (lighting control Unit).
Alternatively, the V10.0 ECU can be supplied for operation with a 2S/3S Li-po or 6-8 cell Ni chemistry battery. The V10.0 ECU also has a built-in, precision air pressure and temperature sensor which intelligently adjusts to the current environmental conditions. This also eliminates the setting of the pump start voltage. The engine starts and runs on kerosene.
The weight of the JetCat is P140RX-1580g. The maximum thrust is 142N @ 125,000 rpm. With a diameter of 112mm and an overall length of 320mm the size matches closely the P120SX size.

AirPower Models are pleased to present their all new retract units. Made from Anodised aluminium these units feature air up and air down operation and are intended to use in models from 9kg / 20lbs up to 20kg / 45 lbs in weight. Designed to be retro fitted in many of today’s sport models these units are able to withstand operation from grass and tarmac fields. The main pivot block is made from high quality 7075 aluminium and machined to accept a 1/2” oleo strut. Retained in a clamp type mount that ensures a secure fixing with less chance of the leg rotating. The pivot pin is deliberately oversized in a effort to make all three units more rugged. The nose retract come as standard with the steering mechanism pre fitted as well as the straightening spring, although this can easily be removed and replaced with a 1/2 inch Oleo leg. The RA-215 are available as singular units or as a complete kit of 3 units.
